Freight Management

The Freight Management division of Konsortium has proven track record in handling substantial volumes of inbound and outbound shipment across a broad range of industries and geographical borders. The Freight Management division offers its customers:  

1. Port and Customs Clearance
Preparation  of Customs Documentation including Submissions for Registration, Procurement of Customs Approval and Customer Advice on Duty Payment

2. Sea and Air Freight

Through our extensive experience and network, we have forged strong working relationships with  reputable shipping lines and airlines in order to provide customers the flexibility for more frequent sailing and flight options, additional vessel/cargo space and reliable schedules while ensuring speed and consistently high service levels. We handle export and import shipments of all sorts of cargo via air or sea transportation whether by Full Container Load (FCL), Less than Container Load (LCL) or even Break Bulk cargo. Customers can also look to us to provide chartering of vessels or part of vessels for the transportation of their goods.

3. Warehousing

The Freight Management division is positioned to take care of your entire supply chain requirements by providing storage, transshipment, container haulage and door-to-door transportation of goods and cargo from the port. Other services offered include the handling, stuffing and un-stuffing of goods at our bonded and unbonded warehouses located nationwide.

4. Shipping Agency

  • Ship Husbandry
    - attend to vessels’ inward and outward clearance with various authorities i.e
    customs, immigration, travel control, harbour master and port health.
    - attend to owners, crew and vessel requirements such as crew change, supplies, bunkers, and spares clearance.
    - attend to vessels berth allocation and cargo operations                              
    - attend to cargo owners and shipper / receivers                                     
  • Cargo booking - procure export / import cargoes
  • Tonnage offer  - source appropriate vessels for cargo movements
  • Documentation requirements
